Six points of attention for printing plate pickling

The printing plate is more and more widely used, but the printing plate has been acid washed after welding. If the treatment is not good, the color coated steel plate will be easily corroded. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following six points in the pickling process:
1. Sulfuric acid can be used for pickling, and the pickling time should not be too long;
2. Oxalic acid was used for surface adjustment, and the concentration was 1 ~ 2;
3. The degreasing must adopt weak alkaline degreasing, and should not contain flake alkali. Tal should be controlled at about 15point and pH should not exceed 13;
4. The acidity of zinc phosphating treatment should be the upper limit, the concentration of dipping treatment: TA: above 35; FA: 1.2ac: 8 (20cc fermentation tube);
5. After pickling, neutralize with 1 ~ 2 sodium carbonate;
6. The printing board must be cleaned, and the overflow should be kept when washing.
The intensified competition between the printing board industry will also affect the price of products. The basic performance is that the price of products will be reduced when the competition is intensified.
